CP Hotels Verona is a small hotel group operating in the Verona area since 1995. The Group is made up of three 4-star hotels - each with very distinct characteristics - for a total of 242 rooms. They specialize in Business, Leisure, Organized Groups, Meetings and Receptions.

 

The main difficulty for these properties was time. With only 24 hours in a day and 3 hotels, there was never enough time to manage all the reviews, provide relevant answers and above all, analyze and interpret them in an easy overview to derive
useful information. The results were rather lackluster and they began to experience this situation with great concern.

In the absence of reliable data, the meetings were difficult and the decisions - influenced by the personal opinions of each one - did not help them “center” the services adequately and
identify the expectations of the customers. It was evident that they needed impartial and objective support.

From the beginning the owners gave all of the offices and managers (reception, sales department, purchasing department, etc.) access to Travel Appeal to read the notifications of the reviews every day. This allowed them to consult the scores and examine both the areas of satisfaction and those that require critical attention.
