CP Hotels Verona, a small hotel group operating in the Verona region since 1995, was in need of a customer feedback management solution. Rather than a translation, you should request a transcreation service - a concept that lies between translation and copywriting that consists of the interlinguistic adaptation of advertising texts.”
The food and beverage industry is facing a difficult time at the international level. Economic uncertainty, increasingly high rents and stagnant wages are making it tough for restaurants to thrive. A recent survey conducted in the UK aimed at those who frequently dine out, reveals that technology positively influences the choices of customers. 55% of respondents admit that a good mobile app encourages them to visit a restaurant more often. New technologies offer infinite possibilities for restaurants - both in and out of the kitchen - to provide visitors with a more personalized experience.
